Finance and Administrative Division

Position Title: Administrative Officer IV

Salary Grade: 15

Annual Salary:  330,780.00

Qualification Standards: 

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering or any related fields
  • Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training in management and supervision, civil and electrical works and building maintenance
  • Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience in management and supervision, civil and electrical works and building maintenance

Qualification Standards:

  • Education: Completion of two years studies in College preferably  in Information and Computer Technology or any other related fields

Position Title: Chief Science Research Specialist

Annual Salary: 772,992.00 

Qualification Standards:

  • Education: MS Degree in Science/Mathematics or Science Education/Statistics/Social Sciences or Certificate in Leadership and Management from the Civil Service Commission (CSC)
  • Training: Forty (40) hours of training in management and supervision, ISO and Technical Report writing; strategic planning and analysis and interpretation of research
  • Experience: Four (4) years of experience in management and supervison;  planning, leading people and directing staff on activities relative to implementation of S&T job related activities  and has very good oral and written communication skills; Preferably with experience in test development and administration
  • Eligibility: Career Service- Professional, Second Level Eligibility

  • Training: Eight (8) hours of relevant training in leadership, project management, monitoring and evaluation
  • Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience preferably in project management, monitoring and evaluation, data presentation, report preparation and community works
  • Eligibility: Career Service- Professional, Second Level Eligibility

Qualification Standards:

  • Education: BS degree in Statistics/Mathematics or any other related fields or preferably MS Degree in Statistics/Mathematics or any other related fields
  • Training: Eight (8) hours  or preferably sixteen (16) hours of relevant training in statistical applications, research or research management, project management and other related trainings
  • Experience: Two (2) years of relevant experience preferably in research and project development work
  • Eligibility: Career Service- Professional, Second Level Eligibility
