Project Mindanao Opportunities for Vitalized Education and Upgrading of Science (MOVE UPS) is a five-year program that aims to strengthen the capabilities of the sixty identified elementary feeder schools of the Philippine Science High School – Central Mindanao Campus in Balo-I, Lanao del Norte.

The teacher training program targets the elementary teachers and the principals of the feeder schools in Region X and ARMM which are Muslim dominated areas. The teachers will be trained to enhance their teaching capabilities while the principals will be trained on effective administration of the feeder schools.
