Submission of Bid Proposals: |

The bidder shall submit signed bid proposals
through e-mail at gsu@sei.dost.gov.ph
or fax to (632) 837-0056 based
on the items enumerated in the Request for
Quotation (RFQ) posted in the SEI web site.

Only bids submitted on or before the specified
date and time and with prices quoted without
erasures will be considered. |
| 1.3 |
All bidders should be registered with the
Department of Budget and Management-Electronic
Procurement System (DBM-EPS) through www.procurementservice.org |

Rejection/Acceptance of Bid proposals: |
| |
SEI reserves the right to reject any or all bids,
to waive any formality therein, and/or accept bids
as may be considered most advantageous to the government. |
