The bidder shall submit signed bid proposals
through mail or hand-carried in sealed envelope
with bidder's signature across the envelope
cover based on the items enumerated in the
Request for Quotation (RFQ) posted in the
SEI web site. All bid proposals should be
addressed to: The Director, Science Education
Institute, PTRI Bldg., Bicutan, Taguig, Metro
Manila (Attention: The Officer-in-Charge,
General Services Unit).
1.2.
Only bids submitted on or before the specified
date and time and with prices quoted without
erasures will be considered.
1.3
All bidders should be registered with the
Department of Budget and Management-Electronic
Procurement System (DBM-EPS) accessible thru
www.procurementservice.org
2.
Rejection of Bid proposals:
SEI reserves the right to reject any or all bids,
to waive any formality therein, and/or accept bids
as may be considered most advantageous to the government.
