In preparation of Department of Transportation (DOTr) in Accompanied-Student Program, the Department of data has begun to raise stranded students across the country.
Data collected will be reviewed to assist in determining the probability of the program and presenting IATF to be approved.
If you are a stranded student and want to return to your province or city to be with your family, you can now fill out the online application form at this link.
In the said form, DOTR will determine the profile of students, current location, destination, health declaration, school ID (or any proof of enrollment), and parental consent (if minor) for COVID-19 testing.
